Concho Corn (Zea mays)

Heirloom. White flint corn used for roasting (chicos) and tortillas. This strain comes from Espanola Valley of New Mexico where it has been grown for approximately 400 years. Plants are 12' tall, ears 6-13" long with porcelain white kernels and some variability. 90 days for roasting, 110 dry. Grown by Hobbs Family Farm. Certified Organic.
